Bout of Books 2016 Sign Up

As we approach the new year, it’s time for us bookish folks to start rolling out new challenges! I’ve yet to actually be able to participate in a challenge — with the exception of the Goodreads challenge — so I’m glad to announce my participation in the Bout of Books! What’s Bout of Books you ask? The official blurb down below has more details about this challenge.

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, January 4th and runs through Sunday, January 10th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure. Granted, I only have three days in this challenge that I’m able to read all day long, but for the days on which I have work, you better believe that I’m going to be reading in between calls and on my breaks to get as far as possible. I still have a ton of books from the library that I need to work through, as well as some other ones I’ve purchased that desperately need to be opened. It’s clearly the easiest way to set the year off right!
